Assistant Manager - Business Operations

Momentous Ltd. is seeking qualified individuals for the following positions. Only candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and requirements will be considered.  All candidates must be willing to work unusual hours including weekends and public holidays.  All candidates must be non-smokers, must have a valid passport, and able to travel globally.  Applicants will be required to pass a written skills and fluency (English) test. These positions are not currently occupied by Work Permit holders. Qualified Turks Islander applicants are invited to forward resumes to the Labour Board.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overall management of day-to-day business operations. 
  • Maintain current corporate documents and manage all corporate filings
  • Manage and negotiate all contracts (i.e. Leases) and policies (i.e. Insurance)
  • Liaise with suppliers for general office functions and maintain inventory
  • Create and interpret reports (i.e. financial, inventory, clients)
  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of working in an operations role within an office environment
  • 10+ years of advanced experience with Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • 10+ years reviewing contracts and leases
  • 8+ years creating and implementing systems and procedures
  • 8+ years creating and maintaining training and policy manuals
  • 8+ years of inventory tracking and supply orders
  • 4+ years managing, supervising, maintaining physical premises
  • 4+ years working directly with the owner/s and/or director/s
  • 4+ years building relationships with suppliers
  • 4+ years of creating and managing budgets
